News | Rugby Tomorrow

Guys, we feild two teams tomorrow, the firsts play their last league match of the season against West London and Gideons 2xv play London Museums in what is being billed as the maddest game ever. Last weekend both teams played at Headstone lane, and we feel an oppunity was missed to bond the two teams together as many players left early. This club belongs to all of us, and its extists as a facility for both social and competitive rugby. We play because we love the game, and we must enjoy it when do play. One of the roles of the 2xv is to support the 1stxv, and sometimes that means playing for them. Well done to Sam Taylor and Josh Fresco who came on and played with bravery and commitment- Josh in particular made the tackle of the game, stoping an otherwise certain try with an expert hit. Pascal Relf played with great composure in what was a physical game, with a lot of pressure around the contact zone, and Max Cooper King again gave nothing away at full back.

This first team to play west London is as follows;
Ben Nash,Chris Denholme, Kieran Walsh, Lea Headges, Mark Derbyshire, Jez Church, Duncan Beckman, Sean Goh, Ralph Murduck, Deniz Tannay, Grant Amos, Jimmy Walsh Mark Montague, Jonny Tucker, Mike Evans, Jamie Adler, James Mason, Max Cooper King, Nick Abel, Jay.

The Second team is;

Dimitri, Gideon, Joe Cousins, Martin Cooper King, Martin Burke, Simon Evans, Alex Merody, Phil Smith, Stan Noel, Jamie Monahan, Maythan Akbar, Luke Pottinger, Greg Walsh, Sam Taylor, Will Wright, Steve Ford, Dan Bedford.
